Kit is new & still sealed in plastic (however, it is slightly torn in one end of the box). Box does have slight shelf wear & is faded but is in decent shape for its age. Because the kit is still sealed overall, I cannot open to inventory or check its condition, so it is being sold “as-is.” Thinning out my HO scale collection, so stay tuned for more items.
